Tradition and love for cooking mark our essence. All our dishes are 100% homemade, all of them are prepared from start to finish following local recipes and techniques. A real oasis to discover the healthy and quality gastronomy of Cuenca.
From 13:30 to 15:30 we serve a menu of the day, consisting of at least three starters and three main courses, paired with local wine, and topped off with one of our homemade desserts.
By reservation you can enjoy our special menus of rice with lobster or baked lamb. From 20:30 to 22:00 we offer a varied menu where you will find the most typical dishes of Cuenca as well as alternatives for the most select.
